Sharing your information
We share information only as needed to provide insurance services: with the insurance carriers and rating services you ask us to quote or place coverage with, with service providers who help us run our business under confidentiality obligations, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging (SMS)
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
If you agree to receive text messages from KAPS, we use your mobile number only to communicate with you about your quotes, policies, payments, renewals, claims and service requests. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
